Keep your eyes on these games

Okay, I’m a little late on the draw, but I’m here to bring this showcase to your attention (I myself stumbled upon GDoCExpo) and the games featured.

  • Mystic Pillars: A Story-Based Puzzle Game
    Mystic Pillars blends puzzles with an immersive storyline where you play as a mysterious traveller journeying across the kingdom of Zampi. You can pick this one up now.
  • DON’T GIVE UP: A Cynical Tale
    A comedic RPG that follows a mentally ill game dev who has been trying to find success, but must face his inner demons. You can pick this up now and has a demo available to check out.
  • Love Shore
    Playing as either Sam or Farah, which have their own storylines, you’ll be navigating through the cyberpunk city named Love Shore, solve murders, and maybe find your true love. This is planned to release October of next year, but you can play the demo now.
  • Breakpoint
    A twin-stick slasher where you can wield weapons that explode when they reach their breakpoint to help you break through swarms. This is available now.
  • MonsDRAWsity
    A tabletop game where one player plays as the Witness to seeing a real alien (for 20 seconds) and the other players as Sketch Artists trying to get a sketch as close as the description the Witness provided. You can preorder this now.
  • An Airport for Aliens Run by Dogs
    An open world comedy adventure where you’ll need to try navigating through an alien airport (and hopefully learn their language quick) which is run by stock photo doggos.
  • ProtoCorgi
    Play as a cute cybernetic Corgi on his quest to save his owner after being kidnapped by aliens in this retro shoot’em up. This doesn’t have a release window yet, but you can play the demo now.
  • Dogs BOND
    A tabletop board game where players play as rescue dogs collecting sets of attributes they need to find their way into a forever home. Late pre-orders will be up soon.
  • KindFolx
    A real time deckbuilding card game where you’ll finally settle a 10 year old grudge and liberate the city of KindFolx from its corrupt leader. This is set to release next year in September.
  • Solace State
    A 3D cyberpunk visual novel that follows a young hacker that comes to her political awakening as she seeks her friends in a biotech surveillance society. You’ll be able to pick this up next year.
  • Finders, Keepers
    A pretty weird, but interesting game that is played through a dating-landmark marker hybrid app as you and your two friends explore a forest. Though, it soon becomes unsettling as strange profiles start popping up. This will be releasing next year, but you can play the demo now.
  • Xenosis: Alien Infection
    Play as a deep space salvage hunter who recently discovered the remains of a starship that was thought to have been destroyed 50 years ago. This is planned to be released late next year.
  • Onebit Adventure
    A retro roguestyle dungeon crawler filled with tough enemies to overcome. You can pick this up now on Android and iOS.
  • Museum Multiverse VR
    A VR puzzle platformer that chronicles the adventures of a child that has mysteriously awoken in an abandoned museum.
  • Onsen Master
    Get ready to revitalize various hot springs in this hot spring customer management game, create ingredients, match customer aliments to keep them happy, and discover the supernatural world they’ve disconnected from.
  • Design Eye | The Graphic Design Education Game
    A tabletop game where you take the role of a graphic designer building a strong portfolio in hopes to get into a prestigious design school. This has an estimated release of December.
  • After HOURS
    An interesting looking FMV game that will allow players to get a glimpse into the life of a young woman who was molested as a child and suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder. This is actually already available through Humble Trove.
  • Keylocker | Turn Based Cyberpunk Action
    From the developers of Virgo vs The Zodiac, jump into this rhythm turn based JRPG placed in a silent world where music has been prohibited.
  • Hoop Godz
    Coming to Kickstarter on October 21, this will be a head-to-head basketball board game that promises to bring the skill, tension, excitement, and bring out your competitive nature.
  • Jumpala
    A fast-paced competitive game where you’ll be sabotaging your opponents and using your superpowers to outlive your opponents and make it to the top.
  • 1000 Deaths
    A 3D adventure platformer about confronting your interpersonal conflicts and the effects of TV and media on the human psyche. You’ll be playing through several short and fast-paced episodes to discover different endings. There is no release date as of yet, but you can sign up for early access.
  • Garden Story
    Take the role of a Guardian of the Grove, traverse the vibrant island, combat the invasive Rot, and rebuild your home. This is set to release sometime next year.
  • ValiDate: Struggling Singles in Your Area
    A dating sim visual novel where you’ll be able to choose between 12 characters as they attempt to navigate new relationships and harsh realities. This is set to release next year in May, but you can check out the demo now.
  • The Girl and the Robot
    Based on the game of the same name, this is a Russian Roulette inspired strategic card game where you’ll try to protect yourself and your teammate and deceive your opponents. You can order this tabletop card game now.
  • Lucifer Within Us
    Take the role of a digital exorcist that can see beyond this reality into alternative timelines to solve murders, purify the possessed, and purge daemons. This is coming real soon on October 15, but if you can’t wait the demo is available now.
  • Gladius
    Play as Roman spectators trying to make the most money by betting on and rigging gladiatorial games in this tabletop game. You can pre-order your copy now.
  • Skate Story
    A skateboarding game that turns skating into an abstract exercise in patience and serenity through strange hallways towards the horizon.
