  • Monster Hunter Rise
    A new Monster Hunter game is arriving and this one you’ll be able to play on the go starting March 26, 2021. Once it arrives, you’ll be able to play 4 player co-op, use the Wirebug to traverse the steep and rocky terrain or use it during battle, hunt four new monsters, get a new Palumute buddy that will help out with supporting attacks and is ridable, and enjoy your new base and the new locale. You can preorder this now to grab some bonuses once it comes out.
  • Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin
    Coming Summer 2021, Monster Hunter fans will also be able to jump into the story of a young Rider who can use a Kinship Stone to form strong bonds with monsters, improve your skills to form deeper connections, and embark on memorable adventures with dramatic events and heartwarming friendships.
  • Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise
    If you haven’t been getting enough of Ring Fit Adventure, Fitness Boxing 2 may be of interest. In this, you’ll be doing a variety of boxing exercises to music. There will be nine instructors to choose from (three being new), play with a friend in two player mode, set an alarm, and remove certain boxing actions. If you played the first game, you can also carry over your save data to this one. This is releasing December 4, but you can preorder this today.
  • Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny
    A new Disgaea game is arriving exclusively on the Switch next year and will follow a zombie named Zed who becomes stronger the more he dies as a result of super reincarnation and is aiming to defeat the God of Destruction. A couple new changes were revealed being switching out sprites for 3D models, max damage is now in the quadrillions, and max level is now at 99,999,999.
    In addition, Switch owners with Nintendo Switch Online that have not played any Disgaea games yet (like myself) will be able to play a free game trial of Disgaea 5 Complete between September 23 and September 29.
  • Empire of Sin
    A strategy game that will put you in the heart of the ruthless criminal underworld of 1920s Prohibition Chicago as you’ll slip into the shoes of one of the 14 real and historically inspired mob bosses. You’ll then set out to build and manage your criminal empire and try to defend your turf from rival gangs. This will release on December 1, but you can preorder this now to get an exclusive mission and gangster
  • Sniper Elite 4
    Coming to the switch this holiday, you’ll be taken to the Mediterranean landscapes of 1943’s Italy and fight alongside the Resistance and a terrifying threat with the potential to halt the Allied fightback in Europe.
  • The Long Dark
    Test your survival skills on the go as your plane crashes deep in the Northern Canadian wilderness. You must monitor your hunger, thirst, fatigue, try to stay warm in this unforgiving cold, and choose your path carefully. This is available now.
  • PGA Tour 2K21
    Um, if you like realistic golfing games, you’re in luck as a physical version Physical version will be available on September 25.
  • Hades
    Getting a surprise release of today, you’ll finally be able to break free of the clutches of Hades as you play as Zagreus on his journey of growing stronger, with the help of other Olympians, until he finally makes a successful escape attempt.
  • Balan Wonderworld
    A wonderous action platformer coming March 26, 2021 that’s themed around the Balan Theatre. Led by the enigmatic maestro named Balan, Emma and Leo must use special abilities gained from costumes to traverse Wonderworld and complete 12 different tales.
  • Rune Factory 5
    Finally some more news on Rune Factory 5! Coming sometime next year and coming with a whole new art style that I’m honestly digging, you land in a small town blessed by nature after losing your enemy and being recruited into a band of peacekeeping rangers. You’ll be juggling your normal duties with farming, fishing, taming and battling monsters, and cultivating relationships with other townsfolk that might end up in marriage. And yes, you can play as a male or a female protagonist (though no news of same-sex marriage yet).
  • Ori and the Will of the Wisp & Collector’s Edition
    Available now, you’ll be able to continue the story as Ori tries to bring a family back together after Ku is put in harm’s way, heal a broken land, and discover Ori’s true destiny.
    In addition, you can preorder the Collector’s Edition today which not only will contain physical editions of both Ori games, but a transforming, glow in the dark, display box, stained glass art piece, a field guide, sketchbook zine, art card set, glow in the dark enamel pin, and digital downloads of both soundtracks for $150.
