The second Homefront chapter tries an open-world approach, only with partial success. Solid gunplay, excellent visuals and engaging combat are the highlights, however everything else proves to be just decent at the best of times.
Our heroine, the dimension hoping Goddess of Planeptune has managed to find herself adventuring on an entirely different planet this time. There is a bit of a change though…she must have left her katanas in her other jumpsuit or enjoyed her time in
Despite some oddities, it still proves to be an enjoyable game.
Although it has problems in the starting area, Narita Boy proves to be an enjoyable game with its combat.
There are definitely areas where Dogworld stumbles, such as some overly difficult moments and a lackluster conclusion, but overall it’s a pretty good boy.
Maquette’s unusual and mind-bending puzzles will have you thinking outside the box. Game mechanics can be a little frustrating and the story is a little bland but well performed.
A nice point-and-click game that is ruined by its puzzles.
A nice Metroidvania with adjustable difficulty. Although the story might be hard to understand without playing the previous game, the solid gameplay makes up for it.
A beautiful-looking game in a world without humans that has an expensive price despite its short playtime.
If Cyanide & Happiness: Freakpocalypse Part 1 is any indicator of what the remaining parts will be like, we are definitely in for something perhaps a bit dark or maybe a little bit creepy but definitely a lot more than a little bit fun to look
